Canonity is a technical intermediary platform (editor) that allows you to create automated workflows based on artificial intelligence models. Canonity does not own its own artificial intelligence model (LLM) and does not generate content autonomously.
The tool that you operate directly is LLM Orchestration: you create workflows connected to third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, Alibaba, Zhipu AI). You choose which provider to use and what content to send to it.
Canonity executes the instructions you configure. It makes no autonomous decisions regarding data processing.
Canonity is a tool. Just as when you use a browser or a scripting application, you determine:
You are responsible for the choices you make and for compliance with applicable laws (copyright, GDPR, etc.).
Workflow execution is based on Generative Artificial Intelligence (LLM) models provided by external third parties.
When you choose an LLM provider, your data (prompt text and technical parameters) is sent to that provider. Not sent: your IP, email, payment data, or device information.
| Provider | Country | Training on data | Risk |

⚠ Non-EU Provider Warning: providers based in China (DeepSeek, Moonshot AI/Kimi, Zhipu AI/GLM) and partly Alibaba (Qwen) process data outside the EU; under Chinese law, data may be subject to government access. For processing personal or sensitive data in compliance with the GDPR, a provider with EU hosting (e.g. Mistral) is recommended. For a detailed comparison of hosting, DPA and data residency, see the LLM Comparison page.
