Credits are the platform's usage unit: every AI run (Chatbox, Chain, Workflow) consumes credits based on the chosen model and length. Monthly credits are the total included each month; the daily limit is the maximum usable in a single day.
What does "Storage" mean?
Your storage space, in GB, for your files: uploaded documents, attachments and files generated by workflows. Example: "5" means 5 GB.
What is the "LLM level" (e.g. Economy)?
The maximum tier of AI models the plan can use. There are three levels, in increasing order of power (and credit cost): Economy (lighter, cheaper models), Standard (mid-range models) and Premium (the most advanced models). The value shown is the highest tier included, and it also covers all lower tiers.
What is "LLM Professional"?
Access to professional-tier models, the most advanced available. A ✓ means they are included in the plan.
What is the Chatbox?
The multi-model AI chat: talk to several LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and more) from a single interface, with history saved to your account.
What is the Chain editor?
The editor to build prompt chains: sequences of linked prompts where each step's output feeds the next.
What are the Workflow editor and the "Workflow editor count"?
The Workflow editor is the visual editor to build complex AI workflows. The count is the maximum number of workflows you can save on your plan.
What is the Canonizer and what does its "quota" mean?
The Canonizer is the assistant that, through conversation, turns a task description into a ready-to-use workflow. The quota is how many generations you can run in the given period (e.g. "1 / week").
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes: you can upgrade at any time from this page. For cancellation and the right of withdrawal, use the dedicated button on your active plan.

Encryption of your results
All personal content you create on Canonity — chats, workflow executions, uploaded files, usage statistics — is encrypted at rest on our servers with AES-256-GCM, the cryptographic standard used by governments, banks and end-to-end messaging services.
For every single file we generate a unique key, derived from your personal profile and the file location. The HKDF-SHA256 algorithm encrypts different files — even if they are all yours — with two different keys, and no other user can decrypt them.
Permanent deletion
When you delete an execution, a chat or an uploaded file, the corresponding data is physically removed from our servers. There is no trash bin, no grace period, no hidden copies. Once deleted, the files are lost forever — neither you nor Canonity can recover them.
Always save locally any content you wish to preserve before deleting it.
